What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day operational tasks that keep the retail channel running smoothly
Handle retail communications in a clear, professional, and timely manner
Process and monitor retail orders, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-through
Support communication with retail customer contacts and internal teams
Maintain accurate reporting, trackers, and documentation to support good decision-making
Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and uphold service standards
Support service-related queries and escalations across customer operations
Assist with process improvements and wider operational projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
Retail experience - whether this retail operations, customer service, order management, or a similar role
Strong communication skills and a professional, considered approach
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable using trackers, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools
Able to manage competing priorities accurately in a fast paced environment
A collaborative mindset and a genuine willingness to learn

We are offering a salary of £30k-£35k dependent on experience.
